How it works:
Every month after you open begin your business we calculate 100% of the total commissions paid to you and send you a bonus check equal to 10% of the total.  We do this until we have reinvested 200% of your start-up fee back into you and your business.

IE.  January 1, 2009 to January 31, 2009
  Business Strategist earned a total of $10,500 in commissions in January.
  Bonus check to Business Strategist: $1,050
